Refund policy

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you will have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return for damaged items only.

We do not accept returns on any custom-made items. If there is an error on our behalf, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement. Please be sure to verify that your order is submitted correctly before proceeding to payment.  We cannot issue a refund on any custom-made items. Custom-made items are items that are personalized specifically for you as the customer. 

To be eligible for a return on non-customized items, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at ldwcreationzinc@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).s. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on any of our custom-made items. If there is a mistake on our behalf, we will evaluate the issue and provide the best solution.  

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any order unless the item you order is out of stock. 

We do not offer refunds on any custom shirt orders. 

Once your order is submitted, you will have 24 hours to notify us for cancellation. If you exceed the 24-hour time frame, your order cannot be canceled. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved for a refund, please allow at least 7 business days for your refund to show on your original payment method.Â
